1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern enrollment in and use of any course offered by Chandan Mishra Academy ("we", "us", "our"). By enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment through our payment partner, Razorpay.
Access to course content, live sessions and the student dashboard is granted to the registered account only and may not be shared, resold or transferred.
Course batch start dates, schedules and instructors are as published on the course page at the time of enrollment and may be updated with reasonable notice.

3. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your enrollment date, no questions asked.
To request a refund, contact us at care@chandanmishra.me from the email address used to enroll.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after approval.
No refunds will be issued for requests made after the 7-day window.

4. Course Access

Course materials are for personal learning use only and must not be redistributed, published or shared outside your own account.
We reserve the right to suspend access for any account found to be in violation of these Terms.

5. Changes to Courses

We continuously improve our course content. Module content, structure and delivery format may be updated over time to keep material current and relevant.
Any material change to a course you are enrolled in will not reduce the overall value of what you signed up for.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our courses are educational in nature. While we aim to help you succeed in interviews and on the job, we do not guarantee employment, promotion or interview outcomes.
